Aircraft Finance Germany (AFG) is proud to announce the appointment of Mrs. Grace Wang as Vice President Commercial, China. This strategic appointment underscores AFG’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership team and expanding its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region.

Grace Wang brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the aviation sector, with a background spanning technical operations, insurance and risk management, and aircraft leasing. She began her career as an Aero-Engine Engineer at Ameco-Beijing before moving into management roles at the Aviation Insurance Bureau of the CAAC (AUIB), where she led insurance and risk management programs for all Chinese airlines.

Prior to joining AFG, Grace served as SVP/VP Commercial at Tibet and Minsheng Financial Leasing, where she spearheaded business development across the APAC region.

She holds an MBA from Université Paris-Sorbonne and is based in Beijing.
