AFG Aviation Ireland Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aircraft Finance Germany GmbH, successfully placed its recently acquired two (2) Airbus A319-115 aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial numbers 7284 and 7318 with its customer Air Côte d’Ivoire S.A., the national carrier of Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), based in Abidjan. Both aircraft are subject to a finance leasing structure set up with Investec Bank Limited (South Africa), acting through its Corporate and Institutional Banking division, as lender.”
